Vidia Moore

Vidia Foster Moore, 66, passed away Tuesday August 12, 2014 at Windsor Place in Columbus. She was born November 1, 1947 in Houston, MS to the late Rosa Josephine Vance and William Denver Foster. She worked in the restaurant business as a waitress for many years. Services will be Thursday August 14, 2014 at 1 PM at Robinson Chapel with Rev. Jim Sallee officiating. Burial will be in Popular Springs Cemetery in Vardaman. Visitation will be Wednesday August 13, 2014 from 5-7 PM at Robinson Funeral Home. Serving as pallbearers will be Paul Johnson, James Johnson, Clyde Edwards, Ruben Smith, John Smith, Charlie Foster. She is survived by her sons, Christopher Moore (Chelsea) of New Hope, Michael McKinney of Claxton, GA; brothers, Dan Foster of New Orleans, LA, Paul Foster of Muscle Shoals, AL, David Foster of West Point; sister, Lytie Johnson of Houston; 4 grandchildren; 1 great-grandchild. She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband, Benton Moore.
