Sullivan McKibben

Sullivan Bradshaw McKibben passed away Friday June 20, 2025 at the age of 65. He was born January 8, 1960 to the late Jurney Randolph McKibben and Carolyn Jeannette Norris McKibben. He was called 'Sully' by family and friends. He was a veteran of the National guard army, he served for 32 years. He was a hard working full blooded redneck who loved making folks laugh. He was God fearing and loved his country. He was loved by so many for his interesting candor stories.

He is survived by a brother, Sam McKibben; a sister, Cissy McKibben; an uncle, James ‘Sonny’ Norris; nieces and nephews, Rose Newman, Elizabeth McKibben, Jurney McKibben III, Melissa Servin , T.J. Thomas; 15 great nieces and nephews; 2 great-great nieces and a God child, Nicole Hoover.

He was preceded in death by his parents; 2 brothers, J.R. McKibben Jr, William Christopher McKibben; 2 nephews, Michael Thomas, Charlie McKibben.

Pallbearers will be T. J. Thomas, Andrew Quiche, Jurney McKibben, Tim Cross, Dennis Black, Jimmy Steadman. Honorary pallbearers will be James Black and Jimmy Evans.

Visitation with family and friends will be on Friday June 27, 2025, from 10-11 AM at Robinson Funeral Home.

Graveside services with military honors will be 1 PM Friday June 27, 2025, at North Mississippi Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Kilmichael, MS.
