Sue Robinson

December 6, 1936 — April 17, 2024

Edna Sue (Dickson) Robinson peacefully passed away at home on Wednesday, April 17, 2024, at the age of 87. She was born on December 6, 1936, in Horn Lake, MS but moved to Montpelier, MS at a young age and is where she always called home.  She was a member of the Palestine Methodist Church where she faithfully attended until her debilitating illness prevented her from doing so.

Sue graduated from Mississippi State University and is where she met her husband of 66 years, Richard "Dick" Robinson. They are both loyal Bulldog fans and enjoyed many years attending the games together with their children.  Sue was also a "Pink Lady" volunteer at the West Point Regional Hospital for many years. This became a big part of her life and was always eager to help with the different events the hospital hosted.

Sue is survived by her husband, Dick Robinson, son, Anthony Robinson (Mara), and daughter, Bethany Robinson Florez (Reggie), seven grandchildren and two great grandchildren.  She is preceded in death by her parents, Aubrey and Aubin "Dimp" Dickson, and two sons: David Michael Robinson and Alan Wayne Robinson.

A Graveside service will be 12 PM Monday April 22, 2024 at Palestine Cemetery.
