S.E. O'Brian

The Rev. S.E. (Edwin) O’Brian, Jr. went home to be with the Lord on Friday, February 8, 2019.

He Pastored churches in Mississippi for many years including Wake Forest Baptist, Pittsboro First Baptist, Shady Grove Baptist, Magbee Baptist, Dorsey Baptist and River Hill Baptist.

He is preceded in death by his daughter, Debbie and his first wife, Dessie; his brothers, George D., Jimmy (Jim), Bobby L, and parents, Annie Mae and Eldwin (S.E.) O’Brian, Sr.

He is survived by his wife, Katie L.; brother, Rev. Gene O’Brian (Anena); step-children, Sandra Royal (Van), Donna Jones (Lonnie) and Ted Lewis (Jamie), seven grandchildren, ten great grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.

Funeral services will be 10:30 AM Wednesday February 13, 2019 at Double Springs Methodist Church. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. Visitation will be 9:30 AM to service time Wednesday at the church. Robinson Funeral Home is entrusted with funeral arrangements.
