Billy Joseph "Joe Joe" Ryals passed away Saturday at NMMC-West Point at the age of 35. He was born May 27, 1983 to Janice Renee Jones and Billy Fuller. He worked in construction foe several years.
He is survived by his mother, Janice Renee Wilson of Cedar Bluff; his daughter, Kaylin Ryals; his son, Blaze Ryals, his girlfriend, Ashley Brooks of West Point; sister, Christy Thompson of Cedar Bluff.
A visitation for friends and family will be 3-6 PM Wednesday May 22, 2019 at Robinson Funeral Home.
