Joe Fowler

Joe Fred Fowler passed away March 30, 2026 at Dugan Memorial Home at the age of 89. He was born December 1, 1936 to the late Mary Jane Otts and John Edward Fowler. He was a veteran of the US Army and worked for Seitz Lumber Company for many years.

He is survived by his son, Frank Fowler (Linda) of TX; brothers-in-law, Andy Holiday (Keiko) and Jim Etheridge; sisters-in-law, Jean Holliday and Ruth Fowler; 2 grandchildren, Sarah Kate Dolcefino (Anthony), Mary Elizabeth Fowler; 3 great grandchildren, Liam, Juliet, and Arthur.

He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Janice Fowler; brothers, James Fowler, Roy Fowler, Gene Fowler; sister, Johnette Etheridge.

A memorial service will be held next week. Full service time and date will be announced when information becomes available.
