Jeanne Lantrip

Jeanne Moore Lantrip passed away on August 13, 2023 at NMMC-West Point at the age of 79.  She was born August 15, 1943 to the late Leon Steven Moore and Willie Jean Brown Moore. She was a member of Trinity Baptist Church of West Point. Jeanne loved day lilies and her dogs and cats.

She is survived by her husband Thomas Lantrip of West Point; daughter, Tammy Lantrip Vocral (Matthew) of Philadelphia, several nieces, nephews, and cousins.

She was preceded in death by her father, Leon Moore; her mother, Jean Stafford; her step-father, Leo Stafford; her son, Thomas Jerry Lantrip, Jr; her sister, Barbara Nix.

A funeral service will be held at 11 AM Wednesday August 16, 2023 at Robinson Chapel with Rev. Mike Smith officiating. A private interment will follow at Memorial Gardens cemetery. Serving as pallbearers are Matt Vokral, Joe Arick, Jimmy Love, Sam White. Honorary pallbearers are the ICU staff at NMMC-West Point. Visitation will be 10-11 AM Wednesday at Robinson Funeral Home.
