Helen M. Mulkey passed away October 26, 2019 at NMMC-Tupelo at the age of 70. She was born November 24, 1948 to the late Jethro and Doris Wood Phelps. She was an elementary school teacher for many years.
She is survived by a son, Jeffery Mulkey of Cedar Bluff; brother, JB Phelps of Pontotoc and 6 grandchildren.
On the request of the family there will be no services at this time.
