Marjorie Berneta Pollard passed away Saturday December 26, 2020 at NMMC-West Point at the age of 93. She was born July 27, 1927 in Mathiston to the late Johnnie Arlin Smith and Joseph Silvester Jones. She has been a longtime member of Siloam Baptist Church since 1958. Graveside services will be 2 PM Sunday December 27, 2020 at Fellowship Baptist Church Cemetery in Choctaw County with Rev. Collin Montgomery officiating. Serving as pallbearers will be her grandsons. Honorary pallbearers will be the staff at Dugan Memorial Home.Robinson Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements. She is survived by her daughters, Marjorie McKinney (L. Jay), Ginger Fowler (Tim), Donna Foster (David); sons Joe Pollard (Penny), daughter-in-law, Gale Pollard, all of Clay county; sisters, Mildred Millsaps of Cedar Bluff, Barbara Baily of Oxford; sisters-in-law, Maggie Bell Jones, Irene Pollard; 9 grandchildren, Mariann Beals, Joseph Pollard, Charles Pollard (Emily), Jake Pollard, Hannah Snow (Matt), Kevin Fowler (Kayla), Kristen Montgomery (Collin), Hearne Foster (Charity), Ruth Baker (Ty); 9 great grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren;. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Lacy L. Pollard, Jr., and son, William Leslie Pollard. Memorials may be made to First Baptist Church Music Department 560 E Broad St. West Point, MS 39773 or Hebron Christon School C/O Donna Foster 5100 Henryville Rd. Pheba, MS 39755.
